How to request a refund

Go to Account → Your plan → Request refund (tap your avatar on the Home screen). One tap opens a pre-filled email to refund@muktify.in with your account details — just hit send. You can also email us directly at the same address with your registered email and purchase date.

Timeline

  • We process refund requests within 7 days of receiving your email.
  • Once approved, credit reaches your account in 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay.

Conditions

  • Request must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • One refund per account per year.
  • After the refund is processed, your account reverts to the free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days.
  • Renewals: if you are charged on auto-renewal and request a refund within 7 days, the renewal charge is also refundable.
